Cake & Co website issues
Dear customers,
Some orders are not calculating properly at checkout, due to an app update causing problems on our website.
A QUICK FIX:
When on our 'order cakes online' page, if you need to modify your order, please select 'REMOVE' in your cart, rather than hitting the back button, as this seems to mess things up on some orders.
You can get an accurate total at the top of your order page, before adding to your cart.
Best to start again with a completely empty cart to be safe.
We will call you if we spot anything that seems unusual with your order asap.
