Slab Cake Serving Guide

Our slab cakes are perfect for sharing at celebrations and events. Enjoy small coffee slices alongside other food, or cut larger portions for a more generous serve.

10″ × 12″ slab

• Up to 100 small coffee slices — 1″ × 1″
• Approximately 80 larger coffee slices — 1″ × 1½″
• Approximately 60 generous slices — 1″ × 2″

12″ × 12″ slab

• Up to 120 small coffee slices — 1″ × 1″
• Approximately 96 larger coffee slices — 1″ × 1½″
• Approximately 72 generous slices — 1″ × 2″

Serving numbers are a guide and depend on how the cake is cut. Small coffee serving estimates include an allowance for trimming and uneven cutting. If cake is your main dessert, allow for larger portions when choosing your slab size.
