Paired with our signature silky white chocolate buttercream, this cake balances the soft sweetness of vanilla with the delicate floral notes of lychee. Topped with freeze-dried lychees for a light crunch and a burst of flavour, it’s fresh, fragrant, and quietly luxurious.
