Mango chunks baked into our signature vanilla bean cake, layered with a silky white chocolate buttercream infused with mango purée for a naturally fruity flavour. Sweet, creamy, and beautifully tropical, it's finished with dried mango slices, delicate calendula flowers, and shards of white chocolate for the perfect finishing touch.
