Spicy Ginger with Miso Caramel
A true winter warmer. A warmly spiced ginger cake paired with rich miso caramel, where the miso brings a delicate salty depth that perfectly balances the warming spices. Finished in a light and creamy vanilla buttercream, then topped with a generous drizzle of miso caramel, chunks of crystallised ginger, and a light dusting of cinnamon. Presented with dried Calendula Petals, and Safflower Petals.
